Yes, she's totally kidding about the "diet" part—and if you're honeymooning in Italy, pizza is a menu "must." But it can be a part of anyone's healthy eating plan, really: load it up with veggies; use fewer amounts of stronger cheeses, or swap out cheese for flavorful spices, instead; opt for thinner, whole-wheat crusts. It's hard to tell what LC has going on here, topping-wise, but I definitely spy some mushrooms.
