Hey guys, it's Jessica Radloff,

and I am thrilled to have Lauren Conrad here for

As the Mani Dries.

Woo!

Let's see your nails.

Gorgeous.

All right, so we have some fun beauty questions for you.

All right.

First, I gotta ask you though,

what is your signature nail color?

I do a lotta reds, but I trade off in between 'em,

I haven't found the one. (laughs)

The one, the right one yet, but--

The one, no.

What nail color works best with blonde hair?

'Cause you just have the perfect blonde hair.

Technically, blonde's a neutral,

so you can really do whatever you want. (laughs)

That's true.

You just have this sun-kissed, glowing look all the time,

so tell us a little bit about that.

I do a light foundation, a little under-eye concealer,

mascara, some blush.

Love that.

What about bronzer?

Do you stick to that, or--

A little bit, but more for contour.

Now, because you are the ultimate California girl,

how much sunscreen do you think you've applied

over the years?

Give us bottles, how many bottles?

I have, gallons.

[Jessica] Yeah.

I have, by my front door, I have a little basket

full of different SPFs

of sunscreen. I love that.

I don't think, you wouldn't have a hair regret,

but what's your biggest hair regret?

Cutting it all off,

[Jessica] when I cut it really-- Like how much?

[Jessica] To shoulder length. Okay.

But my hair doesn't grow very fast, so--

[Jessica] Got it.

It just took forever.

I'm still recovering, it was five years ago,

and it still hasn't gotten back to--

It's hard, it's so hard.

So I regret doing that.

What's your biggest beauty and hair concern

when it comes to getting ready for a special event?

I think my biggest concern is maintenance.

[Jessica] Yeah.

So if I'm like, I wanna wear a red lip tonight,

I have to be sure to get one that's gonna last all night,

and I hate being the person who's at a dinner

with the knife, trying to check if I've started,

from eating dinner, eaten my lipstick.

[Jessica] Right.

That, or you've put your hair up, and the curls fall out

an hour into the night, and you're like, ugh.

So I think just maintenance, something that lasts

for the whole evening.

Right, and what do you do for curls?

Do you have a trick for keeping it lasting

all night? I do. (laughs)

[Jessica] Okay, let's hear it.

Well, my biggest thing is setting curls.

[Jessica] Okay.

So after curling, setting 'em.

But also, my hair curls best when it's freshly washed.

[Jessica] Really?

Yeah, if I haven't washed it for a day or two,

I think it just gets heavier.

[Jessica] Interesting.

And it won't hold curl, so it has to be freshly washed.

[Jessica] Okay.

And then that's when it holds curl best.

What about your eyebrows?

You see a stray hair, do you just take care of it, or you

leave that to the pros?

I do for the most part, every once in a while,

I go in and get 'em shaped, but honestly, I'm just lazy.

And I've, just as a person--

Yeah, I would really say you're lazy,

as you juggle books and fashion lines

and everything else.

But it's a thing to have to go in

and make an appointment--

It is though!

and I'm like, I can kinda do it myself.

Especially right now, big brows are in, so I'm like,

I'll just clean 'em up and let 'em be.

Exactly.

We are going to play a game of Would You Rather.

Okay.

You're gonna love this.

I don't know if I will. (laughs)

We'll see.

I promise you'll like this game.

Okay, lip gloss or lipstick?

Lipstick.

[Jessica] That?

Okay, mascara or lash extensions?

Mascara.

Blowout, or professional makeup application?

I'm gonna say blowout, because it lasts for a couple days.

A good blowout lasts, and makeup can be great,

but you only get a day with it

and then you gotta wash it off.

Bronzer or spray tan?

Bronzer, but not crazy bronzer, light bronzer.

Okay, pluck or wax?

Eyebrows?

[Jessica] Yes.

Okay. (laughs)

Or anything. (laughs)

Just confirm, I don't know.

(Jessica laughs)

Pluck.

I have a weird reaction to waxing my eyebrows.

And then last one, massage or facial?

Facial.

And then you can enlist your friends to give you massages

after that. Yeah, make her-- (laughs)

Why not?

Yeah, you don't want your friend giving you a facial.

Our nails are dry!

So we're done here.

Bye guys.
