Last-Minute Halloween Costume Ideas Inspired by TV

I love, love, love when TV shows roll out their annual Halloween episodes. Not only do these themed epis often get the characters to loosen up, but they also provide some pretty great last-minute costume inspiration. Here are some from this year's Halloween episodes: Brooklyn Nine-Nine Rosa's day-to-day uniform of all-black, all-leather translates well to a sexy cat costume, and it's fairly easy to replicate at home: Just wear head-to-toe leather, put your hair in two buns for your "ears," and you're set. Modern Family The Dunphy family always go all out for Halloween, and this year's scary hospital looks are no exception. Get any nurse costume, add some dirt and fake blood stains, and tease your hair as high as possible: SNL As SNL proved last weekend, there are so many Jim Carrey characters you can dress up as. For an easy look, put on a Hawaiian shirt, use some extra-strength hair gel, and you're Ace Ventura: NCIS Grease is an oldie—but a goodie! SNL

As SNL proved last weekend, there are so many Jim Carrey characters you can dress up as. For an easy look, put on a Hawaiian shirt, use some extra-strength hair gel, and you're Ace Ventura:

NCIS

Grease is an oldie—but a goodie! The leather jacket and pants are the key here, but of course you'll also need a Sandy wig and a cigarette (to hold, not smoke!):

Black-ish

Jackson 5 is probably more effective as a group costume, as seen on Black-ish, but that pink suit on Tracee Ellis Ross is cute.
